A rare wine made from bunch-selected, estate-grown shiraz grapes from a single vineyard. Hand-plunged, pressed and placed in American and French oak barrels for 18 months, resulting in a great expression of Shiraz grapes. A fine wine, full of fruit and aromas, a beautifully balanced Shiraz to enjoy now and that will reward if properly cellared. Only 1,250 bottles of this first release under the DOG LAKE label.
